Kim is an independent real estate agent working under William Davis Realty brokerage.  She is committed to providing outstanding service and value to buyers and sellers.  A Dallas native with real estate experience serving the metro area since 2002. Kim specializes in new home sales and first time home buyer representation, and is a Certified Home Marketing Specialist which is an expert at preparing your home for sale.  Whether you are purchasing, selling, experienced or not, she ensures that you have the support you need to make sound decisions and receive the best service possible.  

Kim is married to her wonderful husband of 24+ years and has two respectful, talented, and active children ages 17 and 21 who grew up in Plano schools. She lives in the area she serves and actively volunteers for and supports the activities her children are involved in.  She currently is a proud dance mom, orchestra mom, and basketball mom. Her passion is real estate architecture, design, and landscaping.
